The airline industry has received a lot of bad press recently most of it well deserved.  But here’s a story displaying a few good souls are still left in the business.

From an air traffic control station this woman calmly guided this emergency pilot and his family down to landing and hence saved the lives of him and his family.  Thanks, we needed that.
